For this reason, dislike of a fragrance, change of preference, or personal expectations regarding scent may not qualify for a return or refund.

Customers are encouraged to review the product description and fragrance details before purchasing.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded.

An unboxing video may be required to verify certain claims.
